FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We're proud to offer FREE standard shipping on every Offline order,
no minimum required. Shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday,
excluding weekends and US public holidays). We do NOT ship orders
the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to
process — for example, if you order on Monday, your order should
ship out by Wednesday or Thursday.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed
(allow up to 48 hours). A second email with tracking information
will be sent once your package has shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Washington DC.
We do NOT ship to: US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or
PO Boxes.
International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter
to be notified when we expand to your country.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
Standard Shipping (FREE on all orders):
- Carrier: USPS / UPS
- Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.
We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a
tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after
shipment. In rare cases, tracking may not update but you will
still receive your order. If your tracking has not updated 7
business days after shipment, please contact us at
support@tryoffline.co.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery at support@tryoffline.co with photos of the damage.
We will replace your order at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your
package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery location
2. Contact your local USPS/UPS office (delivery is sometimes
marked early)
3. Reach out to us at support@tryoffline.co within 7 days of
the "delivered" notification
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping
address correctly at checkout. If you need to change your
shipping address, please email us at support@tryoffline.co
within 1 hour of placing your order.
We will do our best to update the address before shipping.
However, once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot
change the delivery address.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or
incomplete address provided by the buyer, we can either:
- Reship to the corrected address (additional shipping costs apply)
- Issue a refund for the product (excluding original shipping costs)
