REFUND POLICY

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We love Offline and are confident you will too. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.
If you're not completely satisfied with the results from your System Reset, we'll refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
This policy applies to all standard orders, whether the bottle is unopened, opened, or fully consumed. We trust you.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@tryoffline.co with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
- For defective or damaged products: include a photo or video showing the issue
There's no need to return the bottle to us. We trust your word.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your Offline order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryoffline.co with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the damaged/defective item
- Brief description of the issue
We will replace your order at no additional cost — no need to return the original product.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@tryoffline.co as soon as possible:
- If your order has NOT yet been shipped: We will immediately refund your payment in full.
- If your order has already been shipped: Once you receive it, you may request a refund under our standard 30-day money-back guarantee.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers the cost of the product only. The following is not refundable:
- Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Orders flagged as fraudulent or abusive (see Bulk Order Policy below)
- Orders cancelled by us due to fraud, payment issues, or violation of our Terms of Service

BULK ORDER POLICY (5+ UNITS OR $100+)
To maintain fair access to Offline products for all customers and to prevent fraud, we apply the following policy to bulk orders:
A "bulk order" is defined as any single order — or multiple orders placed by the same customer within a 30-day window — that exceeds 5 units OR a total value of $100.
For bulk orders:
- Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Bulk orders identified as fraudulent (chargebacks, suspicious activity, resale intent) will NOT be eligible for refunds
- We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any orders we suspect to be fraudulent
Why this policy?
Offline is a small-batch product crafted with clinical-dose ingredients. Bulk orders can quickly deplete our inventory, making it harder for our community to access the product they need. By restricting refunds on bulk orders and preventing fraud, we keep Offline available for everyone.

EXCHANGES
We currently offer a single product (Offline System Reset). Exchanges are not applicable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again (sometimes refunds take longer to post)
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take additional processing time on their end)
3. Contact your bank
4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@tryoffline.co
